Urban Sydney with Laurent Dequick
Last Saturday, I had the joy to meet and shoot alongside with a famous french photographer, Laurent Dequick, who came for the first time in Australia, and for the fact, he told me it was the first time he ever travelled to the southern hemisphere.
Laurent is an urban photographer specialising in … urban photography with a very particular style.
His work is commission by some of the big galleries around the world and is also commissioned by Yellow Korner with their 60 galleries around the globe.
Laurent came to Australia for a quick trip and was hosted by a long time friend of mine, Cyril Catteau, who is in fact the co-owner and co-director of Yellow Korner Bondi Junction.
It was a quick meet-meet-chat and shoot with some awesome people.
Laurent also signed his work this Sunday at Yellow Korner Bondi Junction shop.
Make sure you check out his work and also if you are in the area, pay a visit to Yellow Korner Bondi Junction and appreciate the work of world renown photographers.
In the mean time, encounter with an urban photographer.
